These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of The AB Plan websites, assessments, digital products, programs, resources, and related services.

The AB Plan is a registered trade name operating in Alberta, Canada.

By accessing our services, completing an assessment, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. The AB Plan

The AB Plan provides educational resources designed to help athletes identify, plan, and take action toward opportunities and life beyond or alongside sport.

Our services may include assessments, digital programs, workbooks, templates, exercises, educational materials, emails, and other resources.

2. What's Your B? Assessment

The What's Your B? Assessment is an educational self-assessment.

Scores and results are based on the answers you provide and are intended to help you reflect on areas such as direction, transferable athletic strengths, income opportunities, and lifestyle planning.

Assessment results are not professional evaluations, diagnoses, employment assessments, or guarantees of future outcomes.

3. Digital Products

Products such as Build Your B in 7 Days are digital educational products.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:

Products are delivered digitally.

No physical product will be shipped.

Access may begin immediately after successful payment.

The purchase price is a one-time payment unless clearly identified otherwise.

Access instructions may be delivered on-screen, by email, or through a digital learning platform.

Please ensure that the email address provided during purchase is accurate.

4. Personal-Use License

Purchasing a digital product gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased materials for your own personal use.

Unless we provide written permission, you may not:

Copy or reproduce materials for distribution

Share your login or product access with others

Upload materials to public or private file-sharing services

Sell, sublicense, or redistribute our materials

Republish our programs, worksheets, templates, or resources

Use our materials to create a competing commercial product

Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

Purchase does not transfer ownership of The AB Plan intellectual property to you.

5. Intellectual Property

The AB Plan's content, branding, assessments, methodologies, written materials, graphics, programs, workbooks, templates, videos, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The AB Plan name, branding, program names, and associated intellectual property may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or authorization without permission.

6. Payments

Prices are displayed before purchase.

By submitting payment, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount shown at checkout.

Applicable taxes may be included in or added to the purchase price as indicated during checkout.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers subject to their own terms and policies.

7. Digital Product Refunds

Because our digital products may provide immediate access after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable once digital access has been provided, except where a refund, cancellation, or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

8. Educational Purposes Only

The AB Plan provides educational and informational resources.

Nothing provided through The AB Plan constitutes legal, financial, investment, accounting, tax, medical, mental-health, employment, recruitment, or other regulated professional advice.

You are responsible for determining whether professional advice is appropriate for your circumstances.

9. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any particular career, employment, business, educational, financial, income, athletic, personal, or other outcome from using The AB Plan.

Examples, strategies, exercises, testimonials, or discussions of potential opportunities are not promises that you will achieve the same or any particular result.

Your results depend on numerous factors, including your circumstances, decisions, effort, experience, market conditions, and actions.

10. User Responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

You agree to provide accurate information when reasonably required and to use our services lawfully.

The AB Plan is intended to provide tools and frameworks that support your decision-making, not to make personal, career, financial, or business decisions for you.

11. Accounts and Access

Where an account or login is provided, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

You may not knowingly provide access to another person unless expressly permitted by The AB Plan.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe our services are being misused, shared without authorization, used unlawfully, or used in violation of these Terms.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, terms, or privacy practices.

We may update, improve, modify, replace, or discontinue portions of our websites, assessments, programs, or digital delivery systems.

Where you have purchased a digital product, we will make reasonable efforts to preserve access to the purchased content or provide a reasonable alternative where appropriate.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, service-provider outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The AB Plan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, any limitation will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of our services, infringement of another person's rights, or material violation of these Terms.
